There is always a full menu of golf cart and goodies on hand to fill your needs. This time we started with a visit to see a 2017 model which unfortunately wasn’t available yet. After some friendly conversation, we left our name & number for when one comes in. A few weeks later Ratsin called the house informing that the first cart model was just received. We went up the next day and my wife fell in love with the Golf Cart . After short consideration, the sale had begun. Ratsin was very friendly and professional. The owner, Ratsin, (who I had spoken several times on previous visits) who is an absolute gentleman. He was quite friendly and spent some time with us. On to Donna, the F&I girl. This girl is a prize! Our deal went quickly and smoothly. We talked and laughed the whole time. It was more like hanging out with friends rather than buying a golf cart. Two days later (at our request) we took delivery. golf cart was ready just as promised. The showroom was filled with wandering customers. We worked our way over to the accessory area and picked up a helmet and glasses too. A quick sale, assisted by Donna, with a “buy a new Golf Cart discount” and we were out the door. Some delivery instructions by Ratsin and we were off. This is really a nice dealership. They have a bit of everything. Power equipment too. You could spend hours in this place just looking around.
