All sales are final and non-refundable, without exception. Any order cancellation will incur a $1,000 restocking fee. Products cannot be released until paid for in full. To shorten transfer wait times, wire transfers, cash or cashiers checks are recommended. ACH transfers can take 5 business day or more..

‍Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions. However, if you cancel within 3 days of placing your deposit, you will receive 50% back. If production on your golf cart has already begun, a restocking fee of $1,000 will apply.

Used Golf Cart Return & Exchange Policy

All used golf carts purchased from Country Carts are sold “As-Is” and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
The Manufacturer’s Warranty covers all manufacturers defects on parts for 2 years from the date of purchase.

* This Manufacturers warranty only includes replacement of the parts themselves. You the owner of the golf cart will be charged for labor. You may choose to use any mechanic of your choosing.

Battery & Charger Warranty
The warranty on batteries depends on which batteries/charger comes with your cart.
Lead acid batteries
Lead acid batteries come with an 18 Month Manufacturer Warranty,
* This Manufacturers warranty only includes replacement of the batteries and chargers themselves. After 30 days of receiving delivery, the owner of the golf cart will be charged for labor and any delivery fees involved with replacing batteries. You may choose to use any mechanic of your choosing.

Lithium-ion Batteries Warranty
Lithium Ion batteries come with an 8 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
* This Manufacturers warranty only includes replacement of the batteries and chargers themselves. After 30 days of receiving delivery, the owner of the golf cart will be charged for labor and any delivery fees involved with replacing batteries. You may choose to use any mechanic of your choosing.
